Nettles have been popping up for weeks now and I made my first batch of pickled nettles this year. They are delightful to have on hand and make snacks so much more nutritious and fancy ;) Here is the recipe I have adapted from the beloved Rosemary Gladstar.
Fill an entire quart jar full of the prettiest nettles (dry the rest)
Add 3-5 cloves of garlic to jar
Fill the entire jar with your choice or vinegar, I used Bragg's apple cider vinegar, and Eden's red wine vinegar
Seal your jar and wait three weeks to taste
